I was wondering if anyone has a 3d printed adapter for a Red sea reefer 525XL v3 sump for the Klir di-4. I would like to purchase 2 if someone able to create them

Thank you

would not recommend using 3d printed parts in aquariums. they have all sorts of chemicals that can leach into the water.

Good to know.

Any other alternatives to get a Klir roller working on a v3 525XL sump would be great.

This is very untrue. There are many reef safe printable materials out there. I use many for jobs/personal use. Literature also doesnt support this statement.
