Just my opinion, Not sure if 3D printing is ideal for a large piece, I think acrylic is a better solution for this. Let me know the dimensions you are looking for. I can supply and the cut acrylic to your dimensions and design, just need you to give me the measurements and you can put them together and glue them yourself.

I agree with @Bronx_Discuss I dont think that 3d printing is the best option for this. Acrylic would be a better option for strength and also cost.
