BRS says that the optimal flow rate for the 3/4" loc line RFG is 420-500 gph. Does this mean that higher flow rates mean it won't work?

Higher flow rates will work, but only so much before your pump is just wasting energy. The 3d printed ones arnt the same ime. I had to drill oit the center of one of mine so it was truely random after. Fwiw id just buy the rfg.
