3D printing in the same room as reef tank?

Hi guys,

I wasn't sure whether to post this on a 3d printing forum or here, so I thought i'd try here first. (I found several posts but none of them related to resin based printers, only PLA/ABS)

I recently set up a reef tank in the same room that I have my resin based 3d printer. Is it safe to print with the tank in the room given the fumes etc.? Or should I move the printer to another room?
