3D Printing Overflow Box

I have 3d printer internal overflows for frag tanks and refugium but I wouldn't attempt to make or use and over the tank overflow box.

I wouldn't trust it from what I've seen of 3d printing material. You'd be better off cutting and glueing acrylic sheet.

some people are printing amazingly and surprisingly strong parts with nylon materials with almost no seams; Im sure with a solid printer and using a 100% infill will make a very usable part.

I've printed several things that hold water, not sure it would be cost effective though. If you want to try one I'm happy to give it a go, just PM me.

thanks, I have a prusa, I was just commenting to the people out there that think , that 3d printed parts are weak and non usable for certain things. simply not true, I made plenty of things in my tank, and they all work flawlessly.

The right material with the right design and printer, you can make amazing parts.
