3rd tank uglies happened fast why??

Hi Everyone,

This is my 3rd tank being setup and it’s only 10 days old and has this growing already. What is this as it looks like a jelly?

tank is an Evo 13.5, 10pds live sand, 10pds dry rock

its so new the nitrites still have not bottomed out to get fish or CUC

Thoughts??

Is it leafy? Almost looks like ulva on the rocks


Regardless, you can get algae as soon as the lights are on and there is some sort of nitrogen and phosphorus.
