3rd week after tank cycled

It’s my 3rd week after tank cycled, I have a pair of black snowflake clowns and 4 hermits in the tank. The only think I’m still struggling a little with is the tank temp it’s always within 78-82 degree’s but can’t seem to stable it out! When is a good time that I would be able to add a coral frag? Also attached is my levels this 3rd week.

looks good for fish. For coral you're going to want to see Calcium, Alk, and magnesium as well as the salinity

salinity can be checked with hydrometer or refractermeter. calcium alk and magnesium should be seen with a salifert or hannah test kit
