3to5 Aquatics...another bad experience

I guess I'm guilty for not checking his reviews prior to making a purchase with him.
So I bought a Gold Flake Angel and a Dessumeri tang and few days ago. The Dessumeri is the one I realllly want and he assured me it's the one he has in stock. He sent me a blurry video but I trusted him.
When I opened the bag I knew right away that it wasn't the Dessumeri tang that I ordered. I was some brown dark colord tang. I took some pics and sent them to him along with several texts and phone calls. Got a call back the next day and after some discussions we both agreed that he sent me the wrong fish. He said he can resolve it and send me the right fish but it's going cost me $100! I told him no since it's not my mistake why should I pay extra $100 for it. We went back and forth and he said I need to ship the wrong fish back to him at my cost before he can ship the right one to me. Of course there's no way I can do that since shipping livestock is expensive. So in the end he basically told me to "F.... off" and good luck for trying to dispute with Paypal!
All I can say is wow... I really think R2R shouldn't allow a vendor with this kind of customer service to be selling on here. You have been warned!

It looks the same after 3 days and he's eating like a pig! But the most distinct feature on the Dussumeri is the caudal white spine which is black on this one. The spine is a bony structure. It does not change color even when stressed or even it's dead it's still white. He even admitted he sent me the wrong fish and that he has the correct one in his other tank BUT he wants me to pay for his mistake by paying him an extra $100!
I'm confident Paypal will refund my money after their investigation. I'm sure he has some happy customers and some unhappy ones but do you really want to do business with vendors with a 50/50 reviews? Most disturbing is how he responded to customers when something goes wrong. I mean he was supper nice to me before I placed the order but as soon as I texted him and sent him a pic of the wrong fish....he didn't respond until the next day after I gave him an ultimatum "either respond to my texts/calls or I'll take it up to Paypal"
