Shipped timely but wrong corals (no name vs. fruit loops, substantial value difference)
Improperly packed, temperature violated, arrived at 58 degrees
1 1/2 of 4 frags deceased
Seller suggested I buy the incorrect coral I received to avoid hassle of returning it
Seller is now unable to ship the coral I ordered enabling efficient return of his prior shipment
Was advised it had been fragged but the fragments could be shipped to me
I am 19 messages into this. A bit of opinion added here... I am too busy to try to negotiate with seller who has done everything wrong and presents solutions that cost me time/money for his mistakes.
For the time being, I have surrendered my $170 for the benefit of future potential buyers. Learned my lesson, credit card from now on.
