4' 75 gallon tank stocking?

I was hoping I could get some advice on this wishlist. I have 2 clowns in the tank now but nothing else. I need to know if these will play well together. How many of these can be in the tank. Also if I should add more than 1 of any type. Thank you!

You will notice 4 clowns in the tank. I'm currently removing 2 of them. They are going to a new home.

Tomini tang would be a solid choice. They don't get too large and would be ok in a 75 long term, plus they're chill as heck.

The goby, gramma and cardinals would also get along with clowns in a 75. I wouldn't get a starfish, especially for a new tank. There isn't enough detritus and bacteria/microfauna for it to survive long term, and it'd slowly wither away

I like your stock list. I would get the tomini in before the yellow. I would also get a smaller yellow to be safe. For sand sifting, a fighting conch would work(2-3). Starfish. Wait until your tank is a year old then a red fromia star could work.

What I did for yellow fish was a yellow coris wrasses and that could be a better option that the tang and melenaris.

The yellow tang may eventually outgrow your tank, although some stay smaller. Just know you may end up taking a 8” fish back to the LFS.

The Tomini Tang is perfect! They are one of two smaller tangs. Also, the pictures on the Internet are so confusing. This one is close to accurate, but the purple tint is from the lights. They are grey with the white tail and yellow/orange fins. It’s my favorite of all the tangs!

The rest of your list looks pretty decent.

My wife’s favorite fish is the lawnmower blenny. She absolutely loves ours. I personally think they look like they hit the ugly coral and were stung a thousand times on the way out.
It’s fairly easy to get them eating sheet algae.

Thank you for that advice. I will just drop the yellow tang. I don't have a lfs anywhere near me. My wife also loved the lawnmower when we where in Witchita we watched one at the petco there. I agree with you lol.
