4 months no results?

I sent my test in 3-4 months ago and never received any results. Coronavirus? Also can't get a response from email and when I call the phone # listed I just get a busy signal. Please advise. Thanks!

I have tried sending in 2 different Fauna tests in the past with both of them never making it. And I live in Florida.
I switched to ATI and have sent in 2 of those with no issues what so ever.
