4 spot wrasse from divers den 3 weeks ago is drifting around my observation tank.

Please advise.

Eats great, great color, no ich spots, frayed tail, no flashing, bright eyed, swims and drifts.

Noticed unusual behavior yesterday and today it acts alert but looses control and drifts.

I have not treated, in observation with a clown pair.

It almost looks like he is not using its tail at all which could mean his back is messed up. Are you aware if he tried to jump out recently he may have injured himself.

I don’t know of any injury, it’s been rather chill since it arrived...not crazy or spooked easily. It is able to bury itself quickly and well.

I’m moving it to a quick qt now with small bowl sand. Was hard to catch, good sign, but something is wrong with it.

Any treatment ideas?
