4 striped damsel flashing

Hey everyone I have a qt frag tank that I decided to make a small damsel tank as well. Yesterday we got flow from finding. Nemo 4 striped damsel. Introduced well to our azure who also a week ago came from the same tank. Anyway today flow are a ton of brine shrimp and was flashing against the frag rack. Otherwise looks perfect health. Should I take both damsels out to hospital tank and do the copper prazipro deal? Or is this flashing for some other reason? My biggest mistake was making a fish qt same as coral I have for resources to make a hospital tank here I have another tank handy with hob filter

So Flow is the name of the fish (I'm not up on the Nemo movies). It ate a ton of brine shrimp and then began flashing? I wouldn't treat based just on that, at least not the first day. Watch for more serious signs; decreased appetite, rapid breathing, paling coloration, and of course, white spots. Definitely watch the two damsels for signs of fighting - you may not see it, but you will see fin damage.

If the flashing continues for a few days, no doubt there will be additional symptoms, and based on those, you should formulate a treatment plan, probably starting with copper and then progressing to prazi, as you mentioned.

Ok jay thanks yes flow ate a massive amount of shrimp like Insane than flashed the two are not fighting at all and seem prettt content together. Tomorrow I may double there frag tank qt size as well. But just seemed odd. Also my sick firefish flashed in qt months ago. After being in copper for weeks and prazipro and never showed a bad sign. Also she only flashed the one day so maybe something similar thanks for your insite

If I may say one thing. Technically my damsels are in qt just not a medicated hospital tank. Last time I treated with copper with no symptoms. This time I thought I would wait and observe. Thanks everyone
