40 Breeder Plumbing Question

I have a Modular Marine Overflow with 3/4" Uni-Seals. Will 1/2" returns be enough for this system? I am using a Reef Octopus Varios 2 rated at 792 gph and will also be supplying the refugium and a dual reactor with carbon/gfo. Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance.
