So it begins…
Water added, with 40lbs dry rock 40 lbs live sand. I will be getting some live rock this weekend.

back at it!

this will be a mini reef, not sure what fish yet but soft corals and LPS are likely.

its a little cloudy! but hopefully today she clears and then i can organize the cords into a less spiderwebby mess

the list also includes corals i like and fish i hope to add, maybe ( if anyone sees this thread) they can help me with the stock and order.

Looks good. How do you like their aio kit?
Easy to use, easy to setup. Running the pump wide open and it produces nice flow. I’m uncertain if I can add lock-line extensions to the nozzles.
I wish it had magnetic brackets, my silicon job leaves a lot to be desired.

Rescaped after observing flow and dead spots.

Ordered a CUC from reefcleaners

Adding a few chromis this weekend for interest

Skimmer running, got a free GSP frag when i bought live rock, may have been too early but I'm hoping it does well. one of my favorites

Got any pictures of the rescape?

update- havent seen the blenny in about a week and lost the clowns.

otherwise i added UV and the tank is looking great despite the setbacks with livestock. The few corals in there are really glowing RN

4th of july got a 90 gallon running and have a 2 20L set up as QTs one with biota yellow tang and poma blueline angel and the other with lamarcks angels.

going to let my freshwater fish live out their lives in my 6 footer and may slowly sell those to get one of them freed up for larger fish down the road. have both a 125 and 180 plumbed with sump. the 180 already has a huge UV on it. so likely a just add salt and new substrate change, when it does happen.
