40 breeder wavemaker?

So I currently have a jebao ow-10 (https://www.aquariumdirect.ca/en/wavemakers-powerheads/817-jebao-ow10-wave-maker.html) and I am wondering if this is enough flow or not.

I am wondering also where this should be pointed and positioned? I currently have it on the opposite side of my hang on back filter pointing upwards towards the surface.

For the length of the tank I would get another one. Both placed in the side- half past. One pointing little towards to the top and one pointing across.
