40 breeder

I have a 40 breeder and I'm going to make it a frag tank what type of overflow should I use on it I was thinking about a glass holes overflow or should I just get a HOB

I'm using an eshopps 300 model and its great. HOB, about 55 at fosters and smith.

Keith I may have one when I get rid of my 72. It's the 500 gph I think.

Im using a eshopps 800 and i love it there is no way in hell it will handle 800gph though
