40 Gallon Breeder Fish Load

Have had my breeder setup for about 10months now, and have a decent amount of fish. Wondering if I've hit my maximum fish load. Nitrates have never been above 12ppm. No skimmer; running chaeto reactor. Biweekly water changes 20%. Have mostly LPS, a couple SPS and frogspawns.

My current load:
Green Clown Goby
Rainford Goby
Tailspot Blenny
Pink Streaked Wrasse
Mystery Wrasse
Radiant Wrasse
2 Leopard Wrasses
