40 Gallon Breeder Return Pump

I'm starting a new 4o gallon breeder build and trying to figure out what return pump to go with. I want to have a pump that will be able to handle running a manifold that will run my reactors and still be able to provide the necessary flow for my display tank. I was thinking along the lines of a sicce 3.o, but wasn't sure if I would need to go bigger.

I'm using the syncra 3.0 on my 40b and love it. I'm not running a manifold on mine though.

I am running a reef octopus varios 4 on mine and I absolutely love it. Its so quiet I cant even tell that it is on! I am not running a manifold on mine, but I think it could work.

I'm also running the varios 4 with a manifold. Right now I'm running it on speed 3 to get some nice flow through the sump. Once I start running the manifold I can speed up to compensate. Like said above, this pump is so quiet, you don't even know it's running! Highly recommend the various 4.
