I currently have a 37 tall tank. The tank is too tall and i'm tired of dipping my whole arm in the water. I was considering the 40 gallon breeder. I have a few corals and 2 clowns, six line, yellow tail blenny and juvenile flame angel. Would you say it would be a good idea?

I like the size of my 40B a lot - the extra width really opens up a lot of options. Flame angel my get too large, but you’d have the same problem in the 37 gallon.

Old thread but just saw this so, out of curiosity, have you switched yet?

I transferred from 37 tall to 40 breeder about 1.5 years ago and like it WAY BETTER for multiple reasons.

I like the 60 breeder idea, honestly, but my tank is in a nook and the 40 is the widest I could go there.
