How many fish can fit in a 40 gallon cube tank which I have now with 5 fish in it

Is it a 2 foot tank? Are you running a skimmer or refugium?

Depending on your set up you can likely add 1 or 2 small fish. A pair of firefish comes to mind.

Well I’ve got a protein skimmer and vortex’s plus a UV Sterilizer fish wise maybe a possum wrasse

Adding a single wrasse would likely be fine. IMO your tank is starting to get full. Its always best to understock vs overstock.

I agree a single Pink Streaked or Possum Wrasse should be fine, but I wouldn't add any more fish after that.
