40 gallon cube with Radion G2 XR30W

So I picked up a new light for my tank a G2 XR30W. It will be going on a 40gal cube tank. Can anyone recommend a lighting schedule for it? I have tried to find something out there but I am turning up 0 results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use the coral lab preset. Intensity depends on the dimensions of your tank and what you're keeping.

Is there a depth guide somewhere that I might have missed?

I'd start low then go up depending on what your coral reacts well to. Or you can rent. Apar meter and use that to determine.
