400+ gallon build

I bought a new home 5 months ago and I finally got the man cave I have been wanting. In this 'man cave" I am putting a fish room with a build for a 400+ gallon tank. The front of the tank will face the "cave" part of the room while it will also be seen from the home office. The walls have been covered with plastic coating (FRP wall boards), vinyl ceiling tiles, special electrical outlets installed with on/off switches for easy cleaning of pumps and filters, new plumbing for water tanks, LED lighting and exhaust fans in case humidity levels rise. Behind the room is a new utility room and bathroom. The stand is built and reinforced measuring 94in x 48in x 36in. The stand has been sealed and with have custom doors on the front for access to the sump. The measurements for the tank are 94in x 48in x 24in. My old tank (96x24x18) about 180 gallon is being set up in the fish room which will now be my frag tank.
Still looking for new skimmers, looks like Reef Octopus or Bubble King. Kessle lighting will be used on both tanks. Reef flow pumps have been good to me but I am also looking at DC pumps. Any comments on Skimmer and pumps is grateful.
All I need is my tank, sumps and quarantine tanks to be finished so that the contractor can finish the walls and my wife can stop staring at an empty stand telling me she is going to make into a bar.

Sounds amazing, can't wait to see it completed..I can't imagine a setup like that in my house unless I took over the garage and still not sure it would fit! Really nice!

Nice build. I like the water storage tank. I like reef octopus skimmers as I had one on my last build. For pumps I would look at the vectra there has been a lot of good comments on the forum. I would also look at waveline DC pumps as they are controllable and apex ready. Is the ventilation in the room humidity sensing?
