Restarted my 40b after battling aefw for about 3 months. Frags are recovering well, so I wanted to document the tank and keep track of growth. I am also using the aquaforest system and want to thank Perry for taking the time to answer all my questions and the help he had provided getting started.

Equipment:

3 Jebao RW_4
Reef Angel controller
Icecap Skimmer
Icecap sump

Lighting

400w radium in lumenbright Mini on Luxcore ballast(overkill I know but a 250 don't give me the par on the ends of the tank)

I have been thinking about diving into the aquaforest products. I will be following along to see how it goes for you.

I been on the system for about 2 months. My tank has always been p04 limited, but nitrates would sky rocket if I wasn't careful.
When I first started my nitrate was up to 20-25 per Salifert. For about a month and a half after starting the system without using the zeomix they wouldn't budge. I finally decided to add the zeomix and see if it would help and within a couple weeks I was at 10 then a couple weeks later I'm at about 2.5 with still zero phosphate per the Hannah.
Colors are coming back after browning out due to all the dipping than I had ever seen before faster than I have ever seen before. All in all I'm happy with it.

Not much to update on. Colors continue to improve and I noticed a little cyano yesterday afternoon starting to form. P04 was .015 on Hannah and Nitrate was 5 according to Salifert kit. I been dosing .05 ml seachem phosphorus everyday to keep it at .01 and I think maybe that where the cyano is coming from. Before that I had never seen it in my tank.

New FTS...I probably should start mounting more permanently now
