40B stocking, add clown pair or Sapphire damsel first?

40 gallon breeder:

with lots of caves and hiding places. I have one midas blenny and want to get a small pair of ocellaris clowns and a blue sapphire damsel.

Would it be better to get the clowns first or the damsel as far as establishing territory and hoping that they can tolerate each other?

Clowns and I would stay away from that damsel unless you want problems in the tank

My C. Springeri is on the bottom of the pecking order in my tank and I've got nothing but peaceful fish. My female Banggai thinks she's the boss but my Tailspot Blenny just lets her think that. I would do the Springeri first, then the clowns.
