40g breeder build

I want to get a 40g breeder instead of my biocube, I’m looking to add a over box into the tank and drill it for a sump what the best over flow box and what size tank should I use for a sump?

for my 40 breeder, I used the Medium eshopps overflow, I drilled the tank myself. I used a 20 tall tank as the sump, which left me enough room for a 5 gallon ATO reservoir tank.
