40g breeder lighting

Been researching non stop for a week now. I have my salt mixed heated and flowing. I'm on to the lighting, which seems like it's just an endless road of options. Time to ask the experts....

Locally, I can pick up (3) noopsyche k7pro 2s, controller and mounts for $350.00. 2 months old... Question is, what will be my limitations with this choice... Pros cons... Pass or purchase. Sorry if this is redundant for you all
