425xl G-2 Tank v. Stand

Just got a new 425g2

Tank itself is 23 5/8 deep
Stand is 22 3/4 deep.

Length is same on both.

I must have overlooked something along the way. Is this discussed in specs?
where should overhang sit, back? Front? Equal?

Thanks in advance. I’m sure I’ll have more questions once I get tank on stand! Lol.

Red sea tanks have always been this way. Are you measuring tank from inside dimensions or outside? Are doors on?

The front glass on tank usually floats above the front doors.

It should typically hang over the front and be flush with the cabinet doors when setup.
