2 weeks update: all the cut sides have healed very good. Polyps coming out from all of the cut sides. This guy will stay strong! [emoji9]

Another 2 weeks update: every cut sides have 5~7 branches out. This guy will very soon become colony again! Cheers [emoji482] [emoji482] [emoji482]

This picture was took on 01/17/17: 5 days since I got it.

This picture was took yesterday:01/25/17 : 13 days in my tank, 8 days since first picture.

You can tell it change color a bit, look definitely happier a bit since last pic right?!

Oh cool, that's what I thought it was RR pink floyd. I just got a frag of it a few days ago - brightest yellow I've ever seen. I'm hoping it stays that way.

I tried to google the colony, but seem like not too many people have it. I couldn't find any colony pic of this beauty.

He also nice enough to borrow me a Par meter. Turn out most of my corals are receiving 500~600par. The corals on the two side and bottom (shaded) are in200 range.
And the frag tank only received 120~150 par!
But everything still growing & coloring fine (including the frag tank), so I didn't adjust anything.

500-600 PAR is pretty extreme! Do you have any gradual acclimation process to get your acros used to that level of lighting?

The Radions have the acclimating feature. I used it when I added new corals. But these 3 frags I added recently, I didn't use the acclimating feature.

Amazing pages on this thread, great work OP! Curois, have you ever done any par testing and what most of your corals are seeing? Had to tell by your photos, looks dim or just blue lighting.

Most of the pic I took are under daylight. It's just the camera make it look bluish. Maybe I don't use filter, but mostly because I have crappy camera&lens [emoji30]
I test for Par a couple weeks ago. Most of the corals are received 500~600 par at peek (7 hours per day). The frag tank has only 180~200 par, but corals response surprisingly good. Colors are deeper as they are in main tank.
Let see the strawberry as an example:

Some Other corals have better color in frag tank too.

I target feed them. About a pinch. Mix in a cup and feed them
I never feed the frag tank. So I think reefroid helps in the way it "polluting" the water column rater than directly "feed" corals.
