45G C-VUE Re-rockscape

Hi fellow Reefers!! I have a Cobalt CVUE-45 AIO and I'm redoing the rockscape and changing out all the water just as a refresher for the inhabitants. I'm using the same live rock and sand because the sand is less than 4 months old. New tank and sand, old rock (about 3 years old). My question is since I'm replacing 90% of the water column, do i need to add some sort of start up bacteria or do you think just acclimation of my 3 fish BTA and corals will be fine?
I just don't like the way the rock is now. I want it more minimal and less looking like a clump of rock.

It should be fine if the rock isn't out of the water long enough for the bacteria to die off.
