I have had freshwater aquariums my whole lifebut I am venturing into uncharted waters and I am setting up a new reef tank. I haven't put any corals in yet, the only thing I need to get set up is the lighting. I have a 46 gallon bow front tank, I was told that I need t5 high output lights. I have seen that they come in 2 or 4 light setups. Can anyone please tell me which one I need for my tank. Thanks

I love my 46bf!!
I run the Orphek Atlantic over it

What about t5 output lights, will they be good? They come in 2 or 4 lights, which one?

I just curious if I go with the t5's should I go with the 2 or 4 light setup for my tank? 46 bow front

Go LED, then you are not changing bulbs every 9 month. The LED's are low heat. low energy, and you can control your intensity.

If I go led how many do I need, or what size. I'm not sure how they are sold. Thanks for the advice
