48” Gieseman Aurora Help Needed

Hello,

I purchased this light a couple years ago for a 48” frag tank that I have just not had time to set up. I have decided to sell this light but wanted to test it before I do so. Problem is it does not seem to turn on? When I plug the LED’s and then the power supply, the blue LED’s flash for a instant and then nothing. Since I never bought the T5 bulbs, my question is if T5 bulbs need to be inserted for the unit to work, if I am missing something else in the setup or if the fixture might be broken somehow? Thanks in advance for your help.

you may need to install a program on a lap top device and then connect via blue tooth to it. after that you need to check time settings and confirm if it works in a general demo setting.
