What if I went 30h ? Would I regret not being able to reach bottom ?
I think the extra 6” would be awesome

A club member has a huge custom tank that's 27" Tall. The tank is, I believe, 92x36+x27. Believe it or not, 27 seems quite a bit tall. And 30" would be hard to get par to corals on the sand bed.

thanks rakie

I would say once you have the tank setup, and you did not have to vacuum the sandbed all the time you should be good.
List the pros and cons;)

Pro's
deep tank with a great view
more water volume
etc.
Cons
Vacuuming the sand bed weekly if you have a substrate
etc.

I could give you more pro's the con's:rolleyes::D
