4x24 ati sunpower vs 150w sunpod

Which of those lights should I go for if I want to keep a mixed reef in a solana?

My friend had a 150w sunpod in his solana and then switch to a 4x24w ati sunpower. Thats ironic your considering the same thing. As far as i know he is very happy with his switch from MH to T5. he says he gets way better color and growth. The only issue he had initially was that the Sunpower was bleaching his corals at first so he had to raise it up quite a bit to acclimate them.
