So I have a 57 36x18x20 that right now is mostly lps, bubble tips, and a long tentacle nem... I want to do a few so frags but I'm also looking into switching over to T5 from my kessils...

I have someone willing to trade a 4x39w dimmable ATI fixture for my two kissil A360WE's but I was really looking for a 6x39w because I didn't think a 4 bulb would be ok for my nems and future sps plans ???

After some searching I've seen a few tanks running 4x39w with good sps growth and nice looking nems. What do you all think ?

Your tank is not too deep, 4 x 39 should work out fine.

ATI Coral plus and Blue plus are two of the best bulbs for sps. I have both, plus actinic which is just ok.
It's time to replace my bulbs and I plan to get KZ New gen (14K spectrum) and KZ Super blue.
Between these two, you won't need additonal actinic or purple bulbs.

Tidal Gardens on Youtube has a great video on different T5 bulbs, certainly watch that.

Light in my opinion, is second after flow, specially for sps.
Another great video to watch on Youtube is a talk by Jason Fox.

Keep you Kessil's and supplement with T5's. I did and my SPS love me for it. You'll thank me later.
