5 month old tank

My tank is about five months old. I keep spotting these little critters in the sand and on my coral. I have a mushroom that was open and happy now it's closed with lil white things in it. Im not sure if its sand or what. I know that I have flatworms. how do I get these things out of my tank?

Last pic is a nudi branch, and not sure what kind of nudi branch it is.
On the other pics I see asterina starfish on you glass, most of them are harmless but can take over in a tank fairly quick.
