I have city/county water with low levels of chloramines, would a 5 or 6 stage RODI system be recommended? Any information or recommendations welcome!

I would always recommend more stages if the budget allows. If you’re trying to save a few bucks then you could go with a 5 stage for now and add on another DI canister or a dual DI canister later. If the budget is there then get a 6 stage. I would set it up as follows; 1-sediment, 2 & 3- carbon blocks, 4- RO membrane, 5 & 6- DI canisters (you could do mixed bed or you could do anion in one and cation in the other) later you could get an add on canister to run a mixed bed resin for a final polish to get any last contaminant that could made it through either of the first two.
