Hello there, we have two 50 gallon low boys in our basement that we will be setting up for frag tanks, one set up for SPS only, the other for LPS and softies, I’m looking for lighting recommendations for these tanks and wether to put sand in them or not and pump recommendations. Right now we run almost all of our saltwater systems on AI primes(we have a 120 gallon and a 25 gallon lagoon). Would it be best to just keep the lights the same across the board because that’s what our frags that we make would be used to? If so how many would we do for each tank. We also use echo tech vortech pumps on all of our systems as well and the app is super easy to use. We have already decided to use a platinum trigger sump for these two tanks since they will be plumbed together. Thanks for reading my long post! Attached are images of where they are located.
