500 gallon tank

Next year or the year after, I'm looking into upgrading my 240 to a five hundred gallon tank.

Roughly 10-11 feet long, 2 feet wide and 30 inches tall with over flow and a stand. Possibly 30 inches wide.

My 240 is from custom aquariums. Com and I am very satisfied, however I was wondering what other companies are out there.

If you know average costs, lead time, pros and cons, etc... That'll be helpful.

Wow.....how long ago was that?? I received quotes from 6-7 builders for my 255g and almost all were over $3k....ended up spending just over $4k on the tank alone.

It was 1.5 to 2 years ago. I got it from someone who had it newly wrapped in plastics but decided it was too small. Lol. He got it for $5k I think.
