500L future sps tank

Just started my tank just 3 weeks old planing on posting update and upgrades on my tank as I go along
Tank dimensions 4x2x2 sump 3x1.5x1.5
Equipment vectra, mp40, reef octopus slimmer and carbon reactor
Lights 6x 54 ati sun power ( soon 2 kessils)
500wTitanium heater with controller
This is the second tank that I have started and learned all my mistakes from the first one (ich killed all my fish)
All my current fish ( purple tang, powder blue, blue tang and 2 clowns have all been in QT for 3 months and treaded for ich. Will be starting coral tomorrow when I pick up my magnifica. Any ideas or things i should change let me know. Will be posting consistent updates every few days

Put in a purple mag with 2 skunk clowns today they hosted it straight away very happy

Any ideas or things i should change let me know.

I would remove the floss and rubble from the sump. All it's going to do is trap detritus/rotting organic matter that will pollute your water. I'd replace it with a filter sock so the organic matter can easily be removed from the system.

I would put the magnifica on top of a pillar of rock where it can't reach anything else. As it's set up now, the magnifica will move all over the tank. Not a good thing in a SPS tank.
