54w par38 for lps

I'm in a bit of a pickle. I currently have a 29 biocube mixed reef lit by a hydra 26hd. I'm cycling a 60gal cube that I want a second hydra 26 to light it. It will take time to gather the funds for the second so I was wondering if 2 54w par38s would work for moving over softies and lps and when I get the second 26hd I can move over the sps.
