55-150 upgrade cloudy waster still??

Hey guys so we finally upgraded to our 150 gallon 4 days ago and the water is still cloudy. in the 55 when we set it up the cloudy water went away over night no skimmer on this one yet. i changed the carbon and the filter pads(looked chalky) yesterday still cloudy what the heck??

south down milkshake, run a filter sock.

no i currently have bio balls..south down milkshake im assuming that happens a lot?

remove bio-balls and add sock...southdown milkshake is the stuff in the sand that hasn't settled yet. add some microblift special blend in there to get some bacteria to colonize, usually that help to add weight to the unsettled particles bringing them down to the bottom.

Well I made it to the lfs and found a filter sock couldn't find microblift but we'll. see if the sock works,thanks.
