55 gallon Antihistamine barrels

I have a chance to buy 55 gallon Drums that once contain Antihistamines. I would like to use them for a water storage. Do you think that will be a problem if they are washed out thoroughly? Thanks

Do you know which drug exactly? Liquid or solid? If not, I wouldn’t use it.

Solid drug might be in a bag in the barrel, in which case I might use it with good rinsing.a solution might allow penetration of drug into the plastic, and I might not. Even if I knew the drug, it is still likely I wouldn’t use it.
