Just picked these up for $10 each... Both says they held soy sauce... Should these be okay to store rodi and saltwater? I hope! If so, how do I clean them for water storage?

Says it only contained; water, wheat, soybeans, salt and alcohol

I’d just rinse it out with the hose a ton of times first and let it sit full of hose water for a few days, then rinse again. For the most part, if the smell is gone, the residue is gone.

They are polyethylene drums....safe to use. I'd give them a good wash with white vinegar, rinse, and call it a day. There might be a faint smell remaining, but you'll be fine.

So stoked... Finally can start on a mixing station... any ideas on how to use both???

Not sure what you wish to do. I'd suggest doing a search on the site for water stations.

I'd have uniseals on both with a pump between them...one for RO/DI, the other for mixing salt.

Again search the site for ideas.
