55 gallon drum for water storage?

55 Gallon Pharmaceutical Grade Barrels with Removable Lids. Previously held Antihistamines.

my question is will I have any problem with the antihistamines as long as I wash these thoroughly. Thanks

Soap and water OR vinegar and water wash and you should be good to go.
