55 gallon pred tank recommendations?

i am making a 55 gallon pred tank to grow out a porq and dog face babys and am looking for some other fish to put into it (they CAN require a larger tank eventually, i own a large tank) any ideas? can be fish that live there forever or need larger.

6 foot x 2 foot is the one I have room in, my baby dog face is very small so he’s getting fattened up in a 20 long rn and then goes into the 55 in about a month or two once it’s cycled, then in a year or so he’s going into the big tank.

I would suggest staying away from panther groupers. These fish grow VERY large (close to 2 feet) very quickly and it's suggested they have a 300g or larger tank.
@lion king should have some great suggestions though
