Not sure if you missed it or not. Here are a couple pics from today. Not the best quality, didn't play with camera settings on the phone.

Blues only no filter

Fighting a little algae from the new dry rock in the middle. Little Bryopsis as well. Lettuce nudies, sea hare and lawnmower blenny are kicking it's butt finally. Raised Mg as well to help. Also trying to find the sweet spots for flow. Keep adjusting wave makers. Getting better.

Beautiful reef Mike.. The one thing that had me hold back a hair on your lights is in your pictures it has an unusual purple tone to it. After actually getting one for myself and seeing it in person I can say for sure that (unless it's just in my own head) it's strictly a white balance thing within the photos themselves as they don't give off that reddish/purple look in person.. But again very nice tank, I often ask those who "butt in" with thier expert opinions to show me the reef! And it's usually as expected, a pile of rocks with a couple frags and some algae on them. You have a display that gives you your credentials.

the one profession where you can't just buy a set of them either. You either have to fool people or show people.. Thanks for showing us.

Got a few nice pieces from WWC and Top Shelf last week while in Orlando. Top Shelf really hooked me up. They are also carrying or lights in store now. WWC let me on the back grow out room to pick a couple goodies. Two of the best shops anywhere.

Cooking in the frag tank. Pick under 450/420nm with amber filter and ISO low. Pretty close to reality on the frags themselves. My plugs are dyed purple and frag rack is black so it's hard to get a good white balance. Just picked up a DSLR, so hopefully I can figure out how to take better pics.

They do pretty well, I'll be honest my 5000k Home Depot 120 watt equivalent par38 LEDs grew faster. These just look really cool.

Those are 21 watts each. I'm now running 72w red/blue nano lights on each side. Getting great growth turned down 50%.
