57 Illuminata

The new additions look great, nice size frags. Feeling any better today?

Not really . Head feels like a brick . Still stuffed up n coughing like crazy . 2nd time the darn BB delight n a Slimmer took a dump last night .
I give up on that one for now . Not meant to be . All the others are fine ... I hope ...

Jebao WP 40

The computer power cord . If they are out any US PC power supply will work .

I have the instructions in English but what came with the pump was in Chinese .Have no idea how to fill out the warranty .
Pump has several modes n completely over powers my Tunze 6055 with 6095 shroud mod .
High Flow fixed stream
Low Flow fixed stream
W1 as in video is controllable
W2 is controllable
W 3 is controllable
ELSE mode seems to ramp up n down similar to a reef crest mode.
Lock button locks feature .
Feed Button 10 minute complete shutdown of pump
Sensor has a night mode .I put my finger over it and it works as stated .The sensor is a free gift with no support .:p:confused:

That's it 4 now .

WP looks good. you were about to slosh all the water out of the tank haha. how sensitive is the night mode you think? can you turn it off if it is not very accurate? looks good though, ordered mine last week should be here soon :-D

Thanks Rev ,
Yah it almost made it out of the tank on W1 mode .I cut off the Tunze but not the return pump . I don't think I will use that mode much.
The night sensor works pretty well .If the light is on in the other room across the hallway it will cut back on .Fuge light does not affect it .
The Sensor can just be removed ,if you don't want to use it .
I am amazed this one pump can move water like that.

Since the pump is so strong I tried using a tunze power supply to tone it down .
I ran all the modes on 12 volts with no issues .The W12 wave mode was very gentle . It wasn't trying to push the water out of the tank. I did not try 15,18,20,22,24 settings but am confident this is a quick fix . I just have to find another power supply similar to my tunze and run it at 15 volts or so .
On a side note my buddy ECUreefer runs two mp40's on a 120 tank and the Jebao makes bigger waves on it's own vs the two Vortech's . He gives it a thumbs up too ..so far ..

Yeah no body can question its power as a pump, the real test will be in 6 months how many are still going. hope these things work out to be the next good thing, but only time will tell.
