Comes with new quartz sleeve.
Does not come with a bulb.
Buyer will need a bulb.
I use generic compatible bulbs sold on ebay for $20.

UV back up for sale, $250 local pickup preferred.
Sadly had to refund buyer, shipping to the other side of the country/destination was going to be nearly $80.
Shipping to states near New Jersey is likely lower but West coast very expensive.
