So as the title says I'm on the 5th day cycling, first tank, complete noob. Thinking my eyes don't work so well for these colors, anyone care to look at this pic and tell me what they think the ammonia and pH is? Obviously No2 and No3 are 0. The readings have been the same since day 1. I think they are 8.0 for pH and 2 to 4 ppm, just want to make sure I don't have to high of amonia for the bacteria. Thanks guys.

pH looks like 8.2 and ammonia at 1ppm
In my study of bacteria I subjected 9 different manufacturers to 8ppm ammonia and they all worked in their respective times.
Drop in a pinch of fish food in your tank and you will see reduction in ammonia soon.
Sometimes bacteria need carbon source in order to start colonize.
